摘　　要：跳远的成绩主要取决于助跑和起跳,起跳踏板越准确,助跑结合起跳动作越连贯,成绩就越好.本文拟通过对影响跳远运动员助跑踏板准性因素的分析以及改进和提高运动员助跑准性的训练手段和方法的研究,以求教于田径界的同仁、专家.Long jump result is mainly decided by the approaching and taking of. The more accurate one takes off, and the better one does the approaching and taking off, the better result one will get. In this paper, the author intends to analyze the factors that affect the accuracy when an athlete takes off on the footboard, meanwhile, he tries to research means and methods which can help to enhance the quality of approaching.
