摘　　要：随着医学科学技术的发展,对医护人员专业技术的要求也逐渐提高,进修培训是继续教育的重要组成部分,是临床医生掌握新知识、新技术的重要手段之一。根据新时期对医学人才的要求,探讨如何加强和改进进修医师培养方式及管理模式,是摆在医院科教部门面前的重要任务。With the development of medical science and technology, the requirements for doctors＇ skills have been increasingly enhanced. Advanced training is an important part of continuing education and it is one of the principal ways of trainees to command new knowledge and technology. How to improve continuing medical education is an important task for the teaching staffs in teaching hospital. This paper aims at discussion on how to improve medical training and management of trainees in the new era.
