摘 要:我国高校人力资源的激励具有特殊性和复杂性,而引进人才和现有人才的激励机制缺乏对高校人力资源特殊性的重视,存在不足。只有实现竞争激励,并做到按需纳才,发展差异化的激励机制,才能达到我国高校人力资源激励机制效用的最大化,从而加快学校的发展步伐。Colleges and universities in our country human resources stimulation have direction and complexity, however, the stimulation mechanism of bringing in talent end existing talent places low value on the particularity to colleges and uniersities in our country human resources. Only by bringing about competition stimulation, receiving talent according to the demand and developing differential stimulation mechanism can we achieve the maximum effectiveness of colleges and universities in our country human resources stimulation mechanis, speeding up the devdopment of colleges and universities.
