摘　　要：从现代生命科学实验教学示范中心建设出发，明确提出了教学理念与建设目标，并在此基础上构建了“3＋1”分层次的实验教学体系，取得了明显的效果。文章还论述了队伍建设，管理体制和环境建设的实践和经验，提出了实验教学示范中心进一步建设的思路。From the point of view of Construction of Moderm Life Science Experimential Teaching Center, The instructive idea and construction target is proposed. Then on above basis the ＂3 ＋ 1＂ hierarchic experimential teaching system is constituted with remarkable effects. Finally practice and experences are mentioned for personnel construction, management system and enviromental construction, consequently further construction idea is suggested for experimential teaching center.
