指纹方向图的获取及在指纹图像预处理算法中的应用

摘　　要：对于指纹图像,无论在时域还是在频域处理时,都要用到指纹的方向信息,所以求取指纹方向图就显得格外重要.文中比较了三种具有代表性的求取指纹方向图的算法,在此基础上,提出了一种多窗口求取块方向图的方法,克服了常规方法引起的平移畸变,同时将方向信息引入求取二值图算法中,取得了优于常规算法的效果.In fingerprint images processing ,the direction information not only is used in time-domain but also in frequency-domain. So it is important to compute the direction map of fingerprint image. Several algorithms based on gray-gradient are compared in order to select the best one in dif- ferent circumstances. Based on these,a method of multi-windows is proposed for computing block directional map to eliminate distortion of the images caused by shifting. Using directional informa-tion in the processing of binarization,some better results are obtained.
