摘 要:目的为提高社区老年人的健康水平,寻求有效的社区营养干预措施。方法本次调查选择社区300 名老人作为研究对象,将其分为实验组与对照组,并对实验组进行一系列营养保健知识健康教育。结果实验组的营养保健知识知晓率有明显的提高,特别是对米面的加工、我国的膳食指南、膳食宝塔结构的知晓率以及戒除烟酒对保健的意义均有明显的改善,但部分饮食习惯改善不明显。结论社区营养健康教育干预是一项长期性的持续性的工作,但必须根据社区及老人的实际情况,因地制宜地采取多种手段进行有效干预,真正提高社区老人的生活质量及健康质量。objective: to improve the heath of the elderly in community and seek the effective interfering measures for nutrition in community. Methods 300 older persons from community were assigned into research and control group, and the research group was given a series of nutrition and health care instructions. Results more people in research group knew the knowledge of nutrition and health care, especially for flour processing, meal guide, pyramidal structure of meal and the effects of abstinence from alcohol and smoking on heath care, but dietetic customs have no significant changes. Conelusion community nutrition instructions should be a long term and durative project, multiple measures should be introduced to the elderly in community to improve the living quality and health quality.
