摘　　要：本文探索了高职院校高速发展的新形势下,固定资产管理工作的重要性以及存在的问题,提出解决问题的措施和对策。阐述了固定资产管理工作者应具备的观念;进一步探索理顺固定资产管理关系,健全固定资产管理体制,完善固定资产管理运行机制的有效做法。This article, under the new situation of the fast speed development of vocational institutes, explores the importance of the management of fixed assets and the existing problems in vocational institutes and takes some measures and countermeasures to the problems. Furthermore, it expounds some ideas with which the managers should provide, and also makes a study of the relationship between fixed assets and management and discusses an effective modus operandi to the management system so as to consummate fixed assets management effectively.
