摘　　要：综述了近几年来生物活性多肽物质的分离和提纯方法,主要包括色谱、电泳等方法,以及这些方法在肽类研究中的应用现状。This paper reviewed the analysis methods of LMW OAs by capillary electrophoresis. It emphatically summarized the separation modes and detection methods, and presented the applications of capillary electrophoresis for the LMW OAs analysis in food and environment during the past five years. 70 references were cited.
