北京某大学新生生殖健康知识现状及教育需求

摘　　要：目的了解大学新生生殖健康知识及性行为状况,为在青少年中开展生殖健康教育提供科学依据。方法2005年9月对北京某大学746名入学新生进行无记名问卷调查。结果在被调查的大学新生中,24.4%知道女性排卵时间,24.9%知道女性容易受孕的时间。学生性知识主要来自报刊和电视。绝大多数被调查大学新生没有婚前性交行为,只有9人(1.2%)报告有过性交行为。结论在大学生生殖健康教育中,应将促使学生继续保持生殖健康、避免可导致感染性病/艾滋病的健康行为作为一个重要目标。Objective To know the reproductive knowledge and sexual behavior among the freshmen in university, and to provide scientific evidence for reproductive health in adolescents. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 746 freshmen in a university in September in 2005. Results Among the students surveyed, 24.4 % knew female＇s ovulation time, 24,9% knew when easily to pregnant. Students＇ knowledge was mainly from the press and television. Most students had no pre-married sexual intercourse, and only 9（ 1.2% ） students reported that they had sexual behaviors. Conclusion School reproductive health education should help students to keep reproductive health which can avoid HIV/AIDS infection.
