西部地区农民子女辍学率反弹问题分析

摘　　要：目的通过对西部地区农民子女辍学率反弹原因的分析,提出解决农民子女接受义务教育中存在的问题。方法对西部地区义务教育存在问题进行分析,剖析农民子女教育辍学率反弹原因。结果提出了变“以县为主”为“以省为主”的义务教育经费投入制度等对策。结论国家最近提出的社会主义新农村建设目标中,要将农村义务教育纳入国家财政保障范围,将从很大程度上解决西部地区农民子女辍学率反弹的问题。Intension. By analysis on the rebounding of farmer descendants＇ schooling discontinuation in Western Regions, proposed that farmers＇ descendant education problem proved an issue that must be solved; Approaches： With compulsory education investigation , analyzed rebounding faetors and pointed out that the resolutions rest on national finance should guarantee and solved the chronic problem with everlasting effort; Outcome： proposal of province-oriented system of Compulsary educational investment; converting County-Oriented into Conclusion： Proposing that to solve the serious problem should change county - oriented into province - oriented.
