摘　　要：科学技术一体已经成为不争的事实,既然如此,有必要对科学和技术作为统一体进行考察。科技本身是中性的,无所谓善恶。科技在滥用或者误用的情况下,导致了工具理性的膨胀,造成对人类社会的消极影响。中国作为发展中的社会主义国家,实现现代化现离不开科学技术的快速发展与进步,关键要以科学发展观为指导,走科技可持续发展之路。It has become an undoubtable fact that science and technology are a unity. And therefore, it is very necessary to study them as a unity. Science and technology themselves are value-neutral. But when they are abused or misused, negative effects will be exerted by the inflation of the tool rationality. As a developing socialist country, China is not independent on the rapid development and advancement of science and technology, and the most important is to follow a way of sustainable development of science and technology guided by the outlook of scientific development.
