摘　　要：目的:研究舌鳞癌组织中,cyclinD1、P27及cerbB2的表达水平与舌癌临床分期和病理分级之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法回顾性研究62例舌鳞癌组织中的cyclinD1、P27及cerbB2的表达水平。结果:舌鳞癌组织中的cyclinD1的表达水平与T分期、淋巴结是否转移和病理分级显著相关;P27的表达水平与淋巴结是否转移和病理分级显著负相关,与T分期无显著性相关;cerbB2的表达水平与淋巴结是否转移显著相关,与病理分级相关,与T分期无显著性相关。结论:cyclinD1、P27及cerbB2的表达水平与舌癌的发生发展有关,可能提示舌癌患者的预后。Objective： To investigate the expression of cyclin D1, P27 and c-erbB-2 in tongue cancer,in order to study the role of cyclin D1, P27 and c-erbB-2 protein in tongue carcinogenesis and their relationship. Methods： Immunohistochemical SP method was used in this study to detect the expression of cyclin D1, P27 and c-erbB-2 in 62 cases of squamous cell carcinomas of tongue. Results： A significant correlation was found between the positive expression of cyclin D1 and T stages, N stages and histological grades; the positive expression of P27 was negatively correlated with N stages and histological grades, not with T stages; and the c-erbB-2 expression was associated with N stages and histological grades, not with T stages. Conclusion. The expression of cyclin D1, P27 and c-erbB-2 is related with the development of tongue cancer, so they could be used as helpful markers to predict the prognosis of squamous cell carcinoma of tongue.
