摘　　要：随着社会人口老龄化的出现,脑血管病、阿尔茨海默病等神经系统疾病的发病率正逐渐增加。作为一种理论和方法学基础,系统论在神经系统疾病研究中具有重要作用。本文根据系统论的原则,分别从整体性、层次性与时序性三个层面出发,通过近年神经系统疾病病因学及诊断与治疗等方面研究的相关进展,对神经系统疾病的研究思路作一探讨。The morbidities of nervous system diseases, such as cerebrovascular disease and Alzheimer＇s disease ,are increasing with the aging of population. As a theory and methodology, system theory plays an important role in the studies of nervous system diseases. Using the principle of system theory, this paper discusses the research methodology of nervous system diseases based on the latest advances in aetiology, diagnosis and treatment of some nervous system diseases from the integration, hiberarchy and scheduling aspects of a system.
