地方高校的改革理念与路径选择:挑战与回应——兼论山西大学的发展策略

摘　　要：文章运用SWOT分析法分析了山西大学的发展所具有的优势和机会,所面临的困难与挑战,指出山西大学应该坚持成长策略,明确自身定位,通过实现“五个转向”,完成由教学研究型大学向研究教学型大学的转变。文章援引美国地方高校发展的新思念——互助作用大学的成功举措,指出山西大学在办学理念的转变过程中,应该以积极的态度寻找与地方共谋利益和发展的生长点,探索与社会共生共荣的途径与方法,从而夯实发展基础,拓宽发展平台。Using the analytic method of SWOT, the article analyzes the superiorities and opportnities, as well as the difficulties and the challenges, which exist in the development of Shanxi university, it also points out that Shanxi University should stick to the growing strategy, define its own position and finally through the realization of ＂five changes＂ fulfill the transformation from the teaching research university to the research teaching university. In addition, the paper cites the new idea - cooperative functioning university which is a successful action of the American locally- administered universities, and points out that during the transformation process of the school- running idea, Shanxi university should seek the growing point which can make the localities get benefits and develop at the same time by the positive manner, explore the way and method of co- existence and coprosperity with the society in order to ram development foundation and widen the development platform.
