摘 要:以跨文化管理理论为依据,从中美两国的文化背景出发,分析总结了中美企业文化的不同特点。认为美国企业文化特点是有明确的企业价值观、强烈的个人主义、注重创新、注重制度管理;中国企业文化延承了中国传统的儒家文化,具有重视伦理道德、重视员工集体主义精神和团体合作精神的培养、个性不鲜明、制度执行不够完整等特点。指出一个国家的组织文化与其民族文化有着密切的联系,深受民族文化的影响。Based on cross-cultural management theory, of China and America, analyzes the difference between this paper starts from the culture background Chinese and American corporate cultures. The characteristics of American corporate cultures are to have clear corporate values, strong individualism, innovation oriented, and system management while the characteristics of Chinese corporate cultures are to pay attention to ethics and moral, cultivation of staff' s collectivism and team work, which appear unclear individuality and incomplete system implement. Conclusions are reached that the corporate culture is from and deeply bounded by its national culture.
