摘　　要：目的评估上海交通大学医学院学生的心理健康状况。方法运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对连续4届,共2102名医学生进行心理健康状况评定。结果①上海交通大学医学院学生SCL-90各因子得分低于全国大学生和河南省大学生,但阳性因子比例较高。②男生的偏执因子得分高于女生。③护理学专业和临床医学七年制学生的因子得分显著高于其他专业(P<0.05)。结论上海交通大学医学院学生总体心理健康状况良好,在不同性别和专业中,部分心理问题较突出。Objective To evaluate the mental health status of the medical students in School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiaotong University. Methods Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90） was used to assess the mental health status of 2 102 medical students in School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiaotong University. Results ①The scores of SCL-90 of the sampie students were lower than those of college students countrywide paranoid ideation factor were higher than those of famale students. students and nursing students were significantly higher than those and in Henan Province. ②Male students＇ scores of paranoid ideation factor were higher than those of famale students.③The factors scores of seven-year clinical medical students and nursing students were significantly higher than those of the other students （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Generally,the mental health of the medical students in School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiaotong University was good. There was difference in several factors scores of SCL-90 between male and female students or in different specialities.
