对我国优秀男子标枪运动员最后用力阶段左腿技术运动学分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料、数理统计方法,对6名我国优秀男子标枪运动员最后用力阶段左腿技术进行运动学分析,并与国外优秀标枪运动员相关运动学参数进行比较。研究发现,我国运动员最后用力阶段左腿前摆技术较差,助跑与最后用力衔接不够连贯,重心水平速度损失较多等,而在投掷步最后一步左腿支撑能力和标枪出手瞬间左腿蹬伸能力方面我国运动员却不劣于国外运动员。希望我国教练员从中得到启发,促进我国男子标枪成绩的提高。With the methods of looking up information and computer explanation, the paper made kinematic analysis on the left - leg techniques in the delivery action of the six excellent men javelin athletes and some rehted dates of Chinese excellent athhtes through kinematic analysis was compared with foreign excellent athietes＇. The research shows that the technology of left leg＇s swing ahead of Chinese athhtes is worse, the join between approach run and delivery is not coherent, the lose of bodycenter＇s level speed is more , and so on. But from aspects of sustained and extended ability of left leg in the last stride, Chinese athletes are not worse than foreign athhtes. I hope Chinese coaches can get inspiration from the paper and advance men javdin achievement of our country.
