“因教致贫”原因探析

摘　　要：“因教致贫”产生的原因主要有教育成本分担不合理、教育收费行为不规范以及个体和家庭的教育投资偏差等三个方面。要解决这一问题,关键在于改革不合理的成本分担机制,规范教育收费行为,提高个体及家庭教育投资的效率。The reasons of being trapped in poverty by receiving education mainly lie in three aspects： unreasonable costshare, irregular education charge and inappropriate education choices. The key to resolve the question is to reform unreasonable cost-share and education charge, and take measures to promote the investment efficiency of individual and his family.
