摘　　要：刑事审判模式是对刑事审判程序进行简化、抽象所形成的样式。传统的当事人主义与职权主义的模式划分只是从一个共时性的视角出发对其外部特征进行考察所得出的理论总结。笔者另辟蹊径,在对刑事审判程序进行本质分析的基础上,把刑事审判程序按历时性划分为压制型模式、自治型模式和回应型模式。The model of criminal trial is established on the basis of simplifying and abstracting it. The traditional sorts arise from the research, which is performed from a synchronic side. This thesis analyses it from a diachronic angel and classifies it into three sorts： the model of suppression, the model of autonomy and the model of response.
