摘　　要：目的观察大鼠脑缺血再灌流后视上核的病理形态学改变,绘制出视上核缺血再灌流后小胶质细胞的动态变化。方法复制大鼠全脑缺血再灌流动物模型。HE染色,普通光镜观察。结果脑缺血再灌流后,随着时间的延长,视上核的小胶质细胞呈动态变化:小胶质细胞数量先增多,后减少。结论大鼠视上核受到缺血再灌流影响时出现形态学改变。Objective To observe the pathological changes of the Supraoptic Nucleus of the Wistar rat after ischemia - recirculation. To protract the morphological dynamic changes of the Microglia of the Supraoptic Nucleus after global ischemia - recirculation. Methods After copying the global ischemia - recirculation model of the Wistar rat suocessfuly, we used the HE staining and the general light microscope to observe the Supraoptic Nucleus. Results With the time passing by, the Mieroglia of the Supraoptic Nucleus present the dynamic changes ： at first, the quantity of the Microglia increases and then reduces. Conclusion the Supraoptic Nucleus of the rat present morphological changes after ischemia- recirculation .
