摘　　要：通过文献资料法、调查法等对全学分制教学管理制度特点进行研究分析。结合我院的实际情况,设计出一套适合我院特点的教学管理方案和运行机制,并通过具体实践运行,证明该方案不仅为学生的个性发展营造了宽松的环境,同时也提高了我院的办学水平和办学活力。By using the method of documentary and investigation, the paper analyzes the character of management mechanism of the overall credit system. Combining with the practical situation in our clooege, the writer designs a management system and mechanism create relaxed atmosphere to the suitable for our college. The operation practices have proved that this system can not noly development of students, but also promote the operating levle and vitality of our college.
