摘　　要：企业边界取决于企业的核心知识和能力所能支持的活动范围,在信息技术革命背景下,为了应对不确定性显著增加的外部环境,企业纷纷调整其内部、外部组织边界,形成了企业网络化的趋势,同时也使产业组织发生了演化,产业组织的演化是企业之间的自组织现象,其结果是提高了产业的竞争秩序和效率,促进了企业网络递增效益的实现。Firm boundaries depend on the scope of activities that are supported by the core knowledge and capabilities. Various firms have adjusted their interior and exterior boundaries to respond to the increasing uncertainty of exterior environment under the background of information revolution. Consequently, there has formed the tendency of inter-firm network and the industrialization organization has accordingly evolved. Such voluntary activities have improved the efficiency and order of indt,strial competition and thus promote the realization of increase-returning of inter-firm network.
