高校体育课教学内容改革的探讨

摘　　要：本文通过分析高校现行体育教学中所存在的教学内容比例不合理的问题,根据我国实际,提出了高校体育课教学如何围绕终身体育,从教学内容上进行改革,把体育技术技能教学与体育基础理论教学融为一体。This paper analyzes the problems that the unreasonable percentages existing in physical education in colleges, and suggest that there should be a reform in the contents of physical education according the nowadays situations in our country, and try to combine the teaching of skills with theory to meet the needs of life-long physical education.
