摘　　要：“十一五”期间，我国要建设9800公里客运专线，约占期间新线建设的49％，京沪高速铁路列客运专线之首。利用后发优势，学习和借鉴世界各国客运专线铁路建设与运营的成功经验、坚持自主创新、自强不息，实现我国客运专线铁路跨越式发展是完全有可能的。During the 11th Five-year period, China will build 9,800 km passenger transport special line, approximately 49% of the new building line, the Beijing- Shanghai high-speed railway passenger transport special line is the first.
