摘 要:目的比较全自动凯氏定氮仪与玻璃蒸馏仪测定食品中二氧化硫的效果。方法采用全自动凯氏定氮仪与玻璃蒸馏仪蒸馏样品中二氧化硫,按国标蒸馏滴定法测定样品中的二氧化硫含量,两法测定结果进行比较。结果全自动凯氏定氮仪与玻璃蒸馏仪蒸馏法测定结果一致,经统计学处理,差异无显著性,相对偏差小于4.89%。结论采用全自动凯氏定氮仪蒸馏测定二氧化硫,方法简便,省时省力,结果准确可靠,适合各种样品中二氧化硫的蒸馏测定。[Objective] To compare the effect of Auto- Kjeldahl's Apparatus and Glass Distiller in determining sulfur dioxide in foods. [ Methods] Auto- Kjeldahl's Apparatus and Glass Distiller were applied to distill the sulfur dioxide in food samples, the content of SO2 was determined according to the international standard; the results were compared. [Results] The results of the two methods were identical; no significant difference was found; RSD was lower than 4.89%. [ Conclusion] Determination of sulfur dioxide using auto- Kjeldahl's apparatus is simple, rapid and accurate, tt can be used in determining sulfur dioxide in all sorts of food samples.
