摘　　要：大学是一个以学科为核心的学术组织。学科组织发挥着与大学相似的功能,学术权威体现着学科组织的权力性质。学科的分化与学科间的交叉、融合,必定会对学科组织、大学组织结构和管理模式提出新的要求。大学特别是高水平大学的组织结构应根据发展需要做出相应的调适,将管理重心进一步下移到学科。University is an academic organization with a core of discipline. Discipline organization plays a similar role as university and academic authority materializes the power of the discipline organization at the same time. With differentiating of discipline and crossing and uniting among disciplines, a new standard for discipline organization, university organizational structure and managing mode is required. The organizational structure of university, especially high-level university, should be adjusted according to request of development, with its management focus on the discipline.
