摘 要:将强跟踪滤波器和最小二乘估计相结合用于联络线上可控串补(Thyristor Controlled Series Compensator,TCSC) 的控制,建立了一种新的自适应TCSC控制器。该控制器根据TCSC本地测量量由强跟踪滤波器和最小二乘估计对两侧复杂交流网络进行实时动态等值,进而准确获得两侧等值发电机的参数和变量,从而调整控制器以适应两侧交流系统运行点以及系统内结构的变化。仿真分析表明,该自适应 TCSC控制器可有效提高电力系统的稳定性,在系统遭受干扰时表现出良好的动态性能。A novel adaptive TCSC controller is developed by applying the combination of strong tracking filter (STF) with least-square estimation (LSE) to the controller design of TCSC in de-line. According to local measurements of TCSC, this controller can conduct real-time dynamic equivalence of complex AC networks at both sides by STF and LSE, and then accurate parameters and variables of equivalent generators at both sides can be obtained, thereby the controller is adjusted to suit to the variation of operating points in AC systems at both sides and that of the structure within the system. Simulation results show that the developed adaptive TCSC controller can effectively improve power system stability, and it also represents good dynamic performance while the system is disturbed.
