摘  要:近年来,随着生活水平的提高,人们的饮食观念也从过去吃得饱、吃得好,转变为讲究科学饮食,即在追求色、香、味、形的基础上,又突出“养”字,合称为色、香、味、形、养。这表明越来越多的人开始重视食养在中国烹饪中的地位。Recently with the improvement of living standards people's food ideology has changed. Apart from pursuing eating their fill and having food delicacies now they pay attention to scientifical diet. That is to say on the basis of being particular about color, smell, taste and shape of food they begin to stress "keeping in good health". So nowadays five words are emphasized in Chinese. They are "color, smell, taste, shape and health", which indicates more and more people are attaching importance to the place of keeping in good health in Chinese cuisine.
