摘　　要：Overweight (9% ) and obesity (1% ) in patients with cystic fibrosis homozygous for the Δ F508 mutation (CFΔ F508) were non-trivial. Children with CFΔ F508, in contrast to the general population, showed a positive association between body mass index and lung function for all body mass index z-scores.Overweight （9%） and obesity （1%） in patients with cystic fibrosis homozygous for the AFS08 mutation （CF△FS08） were non-trivial. Children with CFAFS08, in contrast to the general population, showed a positive association between body mass index and lung function for all body mass index z-scores.
