摘 要:自主性学习是根据大学生的智力水平、运动能力、心理需求特点设计的适合普通高校公共体育课的教学方式,其课堂教学中学生可以自主选择学习内容、练习方法、任课教师。实验证明,自主性学习可以提高学生学习的自主性和积极性,充分体现学生的主体作用和教师的主导作用,提高教学质量和学习效果,使学生的体育意识得以增强。"Self-reliant learning" is a teaching pattern suitable for public PE teaching in colleges and universities, which was desired on the base of students' intelligence, sport ability, and the characteristics of psychological need. During the teaching proc^turc, students can choose learning contents, training methods and even teachers. The experiment shows that "self-reliant learning" pattern can improve the students' learning independence and learning initiative, enhance the teacher s function as a director and student s function as a subject, improve the teaching quality and learning efficiency, and enforce the student s physical consciousness.
