摘　　要：本文对在酸性介质中Se(IV)强烈催化H2O2氧化二甲基黄的褪色反应进行了一系列的研究,拟定了用催化动力学分光光度法测定Se(IV)的最佳条件及测定方法。In this paper, a series of study on fading reactions that Se （IV） catalyse violent H2O2 to oxygenate dimethylyellow in acidic medium has been developed, So we study out the best conditons and method that determine the content of Se （IV） in foodstuffs by catalyzing kinetic spectrophopometry.
