摘　　要：党的十六大第一次明确提出把社会更加和谐作为我党为之奋斗的重要目标。建设和谐社会,高校在人力资源培养上肩负着重要的责任。探讨了高校如何在管理模式上创新保证其正常运作,在建设和谐社会的伟大实践中发挥更大的作用的问题。The 16th National Congress of the China Communist Party proposes for the first time that constructlng a more harmonious society be an important target for the Party to struggle for. Institutions of higher learning take great responsibility to develop human resources so as to help construct a harmonious society. This paper researches into the issue on how institutions of higher learning innovate the management pattern of human resources in order to keep its normal operation and to exert its great influence over the practice of constructing a harmonious society.
