摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展和全球化市场的形成,导致技术变革的加速,加上客户的个性化需求,使得产品寿命周期不断缩短。在这种市场竞争的环境下,企业面临着缩短交货期、提高产品质量、降低成本和改善服务的压力,因此单个企业的核心技术已不能从产品的研制、开发、试制到零部件的生产、产品的装配、配送等方面即时满足客户需求。于是,一种新的生产组织模式即动态联盟应运而生。本文从动态联盟产生的背景、发展的现状和发展趋势等方面对其进行了阐述,目的是对动态联盟的内涵有一个全新的认识。life cycle of Produ ct curtail along with information technology,the seven seas marketable form and client single requirement of client, core technolong of singe corporation can not already satisfy client requrirement from production mannfacture,exploiture,trial-manufacture,pan manufacture,product assemble in order to corporation face curtail deliver the goods and improveproduction quality, reduce cost and reformministrantpressin such market competitory environment, asort of newmanufacture organize pattern in process of form dynamic alliance. The paper set forth dynamic allianceprocreant background, developmental actuality and development, in order to dynamic alliance connotation have one fire-newcognition.
