摘　　要：情绪智力中的移情是指体验表达他人的情绪。具有为人方式和沟通技能两个特征。作为为人方式的移情将主体和客体的意图观点和情感联结起来创造良好的人际氛围;作为沟通技能的移情可以从察知、实用方法、决断三个维度,搜寻核心信息、倾听整个局面、选择性应答。By taking the nine essential factors theories of the emotional intelligence as the basic point of the argument, the author in this article briefly analyzes the basic connotation of empathy in a view of the emotional intelligence, introduces the function and relations as the manner and which produced by the mistake of the self-projection, meanwhile, analyzes concretely empathy as the communication skill to infer, the practical method and decision in three aspects. Then he proposed the search core information, the emotion, the experience and the behavior, listened attentively to the entire aspect, the selective reply, all these constitute understanding and the essential factors of the reply for empathy.
