培养护生护理行为中的维护患者知情同意权的研究

摘　　要：目的:培养护生在护理行为实施前、中、后向病人和家属作解释以维护患者知情同意权。方法:修改原有的各项护理操作步骤及评分表中解释项目并予具体细化,在2002级6个班级、245名护生中实施。不记名调查全部护生。结果:245名护生达到预期目标。结论:护生法律意识培养应从前期教学开始,护生护理行为实施前、中、后向病人和家属作好解释合情更合法。right. Method： Objective： to develop the nurse students＇ consciousness of protecting the patient＇s inform consent rectify the operation, procedure and explanation item in the evaluation chart, carry it out among the 245 nurse students in the 6 classes of grade 02. Result： all the 245 students meet the predicted goal. Conclusion： The developing of the law consciousness should begin in the early stage of the instruction. It＇s more proper that the nurse students make appropriate explanation to patients and their relatives.
