摘　　要：针对目前城市路网特点及交通现状,依靠城市现有的成熟通信技术和计算机网络技术,并利用现有的救援资源,构建了一个面向城市交通紧急事件处理系统的动态交通诱导系统.在系统实现上,以O rac le为平台构建城市路网数据库,采用M apx控件并以VC++6作为开发平台.According to the nature of road net and actuality of traffic, and depending on the communications, computer network technology and resource of succor, a dynamic navigational system of encountering an emergency in city traffic is studied and designed. City road net database is built on the Oracle database, and the system is developed with Mapx control and VC ＋ ＋ 6.
