摘　　要：现代社会过于完满的健康观使得健康成为大多数人可望而不可及的“柏拉图式”的图景。如何解决新时代健康观的完整性与其过于完满引起的健康目标理想化的矛盾，如何兼顾健康的完整性和可实现性是我们亟待解决的问题。受马斯洛需要层次理论启发，本文从生理、心理、社会三个维度，由低向高将健康划分为四个层次：生理健康-生理、心理健康-身心健康、社会适应-健康的完美状态。In the modern society, the over-perfect notion of health makes health an inaccessible ＂Plato＂ vision to most people. How can we solve the conflict between completeness of modern health view and idealized health target brought by over-perfect view, and strike a balance between completeness of health and its realization？ Inspired by Maslow＇s ＂needs theory＂, this paper divides health into four levels from physical, psychological and social dimensions： physical health---physical and psychological health--- mental health, society adaptation--perfect condition of health.
