浅谈赏识教育

摘　　要：21世纪教育已不是传统教育时代了,教育开始向多元化发展。赏识教育在教育中有着积极作用,抓住机会,赏识孩子,建立自信,更新家长观念,共同教育。It is known that education in the 21st century is very different from the traditional education,which has tended all kinds of directions. Let us have a brief discussion about the appreciation in education. According to my teaching experience, i find that appreciation plays an active role in teaching procedures. So please give me a chance to discuss the importance of appreciation in education in the form of the following topics： appreciation education theory, teaching practice, family and the further education of appreciation.
