摘　　要：体育是指对“身体”的教育以及对身体健康的教育,这种特殊的教育必须力求实用性和针对性。在进行教育体制改革,实行素质教育的过程中,体育教育的改革必须从改进“策略”的高度入手,稳步前进,求实进取。Physical education is an education of ＂body＇ s ＂ and body＇ s health. This special education must seek practical value and aim. In the process of physical education reform and quality education, its reform must stress strategy, stable advancement and matter- of- fact attitude.
