摘　　要：As a "bridgehead" of Sino-ASEAN Free Trade Area,Guangxi’s institutions of higher education are faced with new opportunities of development as well as challenges.The essay,from the existing cooperation and exchange of universities between Guangxi and some major ASEAN countries,attempts to make a comprehensive survey on the status quo of talents training modes,disciplines and curriculums and puts forward some constructive suggestions for further cooperation and development for their universities.As a ＂bridgehead＂ of Sino-ASEAN Free Trade Area, Guangxi＇s institutions of higher education are faced with new opportunities of development as well as challenges.
