医用微型机器人对肠道损伤的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨医用微型机器人在肠道内行走是否对肠道造成损伤．方法:完整肠系膜的猪小肠20根,对机器人行走过的肠道进行切片检查,显微镜下观察小肠组织结构．结果:镜下显示猪小肠组织结构完整,20例猪小肠都没有出现小肠微绒毛断裂、脱落,黏膜下层没有出现组织破损,肌层的平滑肌完好无损．结论:该医用微型机器人没有对肠道造成损伤．AIM： To investigate whether the application of miniature robot can result in intestinal injury. METHODS： Experimental pig intestines （n = 20） were used in this study. Tissue sections were prepared from where the miniature robot passed. The structures of the intestinal mucosa were observed under light microscope. RESULTS： Intact structures of intestines were observed under microscope. All the 20 pieces of pig intestines had no ruptures and shedding of microvilli, and injuries of submucosa. CONCLUSION： The miniature robot can walked through the intestinal tract and do no harm to the intestinal mucosa.
