摘 要:目的:探讨医用微型机器人在肠道内行走是否对肠道造成损伤.方法:完整肠系膜的猪小肠20根,对机器人行走过的肠道进行切片检查,显微镜下观察小肠组织结构.结果:镜下显示猪小肠组织结构完整,20例猪小肠都没有出现小肠微绒毛断裂、脱落,黏膜下层没有出现组织破损,肌层的平滑肌完好无损.结论:该医用微型机器人没有对肠道造成损伤.AIM: To investigate whether the application of miniature robot can result in intestinal injury. METHODS: Experimental pig intestines (n = 20) were used in this study. Tissue sections were prepared from where the miniature robot passed. The structures of the intestinal mucosa were observed under light microscope. RESULTS: Intact structures of intestines were observed under microscope. All the 20 pieces of pig intestines had no ruptures and shedding of microvilli, and injuries of submucosa. CONCLUSION: The miniature robot can walked through the intestinal tract and do no harm to the intestinal mucosa.
