摘 要:对CA7221轿车发动机动力总成液力悬置的隔振性能进行了试验测试,并与橡胶悬置的隔振和降噪性能进行了对比研究。同时,还测试了副车架在隔振方面的作用。结果表明,液力悬置较传统橡胶悬置隔振效果明显,应用橡胶悬置和副车架两级减振也很奏效,应用液力悬置使整车舒适性有很大改善。The vibration isolation performance of hydraulic mounting applied on CA7221 car engine power unit has been tested and measured,its vibration isolation and noise reduction performance are tested and compared with those of engine rubber mounting,the vibration isolation effect of the subframe is measured at the same time. It shows that,after test,the hydraulic mounting applied on the car has more vibratioin isolation effectiveness than that of traditional rubber mounting. It is also effective if the rubber mounting and subframe are taken as a double vibration reduction. The comfort of whole car has improved much more when the hydraulic mounting is used.
