摘  要:作为师范院校,如何培养能开发学生创造潜能的新型教师,是当前师范教育的重要任务。在对一年级大学生进行了连续4年的创造性思维调查的结果和分析的基础上,从给学生一个自由的心理空间,正确认识智力与创造能力的关系,消除偏见、创造教育面前无差生等6个方面,提出了如何培养高师生开发学生创造潜能的正确的教育理念和科学的教育方法。At present, it is a paramount task in normal schools to cultivate its students into qualified teachers who are able to encourage and stimulate the students' creative potential in their future careers. A consistent survey of the students' creative thinking was conducted for four years among the freshmen in our school. The study based on the survey has showed that six instructive methods or assumptions:how to realize the relationship between intelligence and creativity correctly, how to remove prejudices, how to create the situation that there is no poor student for education and how to offer the students a free space of psychology, could be applied to develop students' creative potential in normal schools.
