摘　　要：阐述了基于 Java 的教师管理系统的设计思路,软件架构及所采用的主要技术．参考国际流行的著名开放源代码项目的一些设计思想及体系结构,设计了具有基本程序框架特征的抽象可复用子系统,并给出了一些关键功能的设计与实现．The paper illustrated the scheme of teacher management system based on JAVA and the main techniques adopted. The system attempted to draw on some design philosophy of international popular opening source code project, designing the abstract reuse subsystem with the characteristics of basic procedure frame. In addition,the design and realization of some key functions were given.
