摘 要:利用动力学分析法建立了偏心振动式排种系统质心位移和绕质心转动角位移的微分方程。利用Laplace变换求出了反映系统结构特征的传递函数,分析了系统的幅频特性和相频特性。研究了系统刚度、粘性阻尼系数尤其是变质量等参数对系统固有频率和阻尼比的影响。提出了在系统设计过程中,应采取措施降低质量变化对系统性能的影响,提高排种均匀性;在使用过程中,通过改变振子转动角速度来调节排种速度的观点。研究成果对该排种器的模拟试验与参数优化奠定了理论基础。The differential equations of the censorial moving and running relative to censorial of the eccentric vibration seed-metering system were set up with the dynamic analysis method. The transfer functions reflecting on the structure characteristic of the system were found out, and the amplitude-frequency distribution and phase-frequency distribution were analyzed based on Laplace" s law. The effect of stiffness constant, viscosity damper coefficient and variable mass on the damped frequency and the relative damping ratio of the system were studied. The viewpoint of reducing the impact of variable mass on the working performance of the system to improve the uniformity of the seed dropping speed in the design course and adjust the seed dropping speed by adjusting rotation speed of vibrator in the using course. The results lay a foundation for the simulation test and the parameter optimization of the developed eccentric vibration seed-metering device.
