摘  要:用格兰氏阳性金黄葡萄球菌和格兰氏阴性大肠杆菌,研究了银离子注入TiN薄膜和热解碳的抗菌性.银离子注入能量为70keV,注入剂量为5×10^14-5×10^16ions/cm^2.对样品表面和近表面层进行了扫描电镜(SEM)、背散射(RBS)和俄歇分析(AES).结果表明,银离子注入后TiN薄膜和热解碳均具有抗菌性,其注入热解碳的抗菌率比注入TiN薄膜的抗菌率高.微观分析的结果表明材料的表面形貌、结构和银的分布是影响抗菌性的主要原因.The antibacterial properties of Ag^+ -implanted TiN film and pyrolitic carbon was investigated using gram positive staphylococcus aureus and gram negitive E. coll. The TiN film and pyrolitic carbon samples were implanted by silver ions at the energy of 70 keV with the dose of 5 × 10^14, 1 × 10^15 ,5 × 10^15, 1 × 10^16, 5 × 10^16 ions/cm^2. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), rotherford backscatterring spectrum (RBS) and auger electronic spectrum (AES)to show the surface structure and silver distribution. The results showed that both Ag^+ -implanted TiN films and pyrolytic carbon possessed antibacterial property. However, the antibacterial property of the later was stronger than that of Ag^+ -implanted TiN films. SEM of the sample surface shows that the surface structure affects the adhesion of bacterium and kill them. RBS and AES analyses show that the silver in TiN and pyrolytic carbon possesses a non-symmetry Gassian like distribution which formed a silver riched surface.
