摘　　要：根据企业技术创新能力涉及的各个方面,建立技术创新能力评价指标体系,运用模糊数学理论,将专家经验与数学模型结合来确定各指标的权重,建立了企业技术创新能力评价的模糊统计模型,为企业技术创新能力评价提供新的方法.Considering the involvement of technical creativity of enterprises, the appraisal index system of technical creation of enterprises has been set up. According to theories of fuzzy mathematics, the weight number of indexes has been determined by combining the expert＇s experience with mathematical model. And a fuzzy statistic model of the evaluation on the ability in technical creation of enterprises is also obtained, which provides a new method for the evaluation.
