摘　　要：运用因子分析法结合SPSS统计软件,对教学质量评估问卷数据进行综合分析,从9个指标中提取了3个具有一定含义的因子作为主因子,以它们为依据评定每位教师的综合业务能力,从而对授课教师进行客观评价.Factor analysis and the statistic software SPSS are used in this paper to analyze teaching evaluation. Three factors with certain meanings are extracted from nine major indicators, which represent the basis for the evaluation of the teachers＇ general performance, from which an objective judgment is made.
