听神经瘤患者的眼震电图

摘　　要：本文对12例听神经瘤患者用眼震电图(ENG)作全面神经耳科学检查。听神经瘤的ENG检查,主要表现为小脑脑干受损及患侧半规管功能障碍,对诊断此症有重要意义。Each patient of 12 cases of acoustic neuroma, underwent a complete electronystagmographic(ENG) test. The items of ENG test were introduced in this paper. In our patients the ENGindicated some central abnormality features and the cold caloric responses were reduced on thetumour side in all patients. On careful ENG analysis We further localized the pathology as abrainstem cerebellar lesion. Clinical ENG has proved to be useful in the evaluation of patientswith acoustic neuroma.
