核电厂操纵员工作满意度相关因素分析

摘　　要：采用自编五维度的工作满意度量表,对我国某核电厂36个主控制室操纵员工作的满意度进行测量;采用16PF量表对操作员的人格特质进行了测量。在此基础上分析了核电厂操纵员工作满意度和绩效、人格、年龄、职务、婚姻状况之间的关系。结果显示操纵员的工作满意度和16PF中的稳定性、敢为性和自律性3个维度存在明显正相关,和怀疑性、忧虑性和紧张性3个维度存在明显负相关。结合操纵员实际工作情况和工作环境,提出了提高核电厂操纵员工作满意度的5项建议。A home-made 5-dimension satisfaction questionnaire was developed and used in the survey of the job satisfaction of 36 operators in a Chinese Nuclear Power Plant （NPP）. 16PF questionnaire was used to get the personality of the operators. The quantitative correlations between the job satisfaction of NPP operators with their performances, personality, ages, positions and marriage states are analyzed, showing that job satisfaction is of high positive correlation with emotional stability, courage, self-discipline; and of high negative correlation with suspicion, anxiety and intensity. In the end, five suggestions to improve operator job satisfaction are given concerning the work situation and environment of operators.
